Network Network Connectivity

We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue that is degrading service for some of our customers. We will update as soon as possible.

  • Yesterday morning, network completed an operation to fully mitigate this issue. We are marking this resolved as we have now been provided the all-clear from the NOC. If you experience any issues, do not hesitate to reach out to support.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during the resolution of this issue.

  • Traffic has remained at normal levels and all monitoring alerts have been cleared since 12:05p EDT. We are marking this as operational, but not resolved.

The /22 that was the target of this attack has had all routes removed from the internet, but since our DDoS Mitigation provider is still studying the nature of this attack and how it eluded detection, network can not issue an all clear at this time as the possibility of service degradation still exists. We continue to monitor this closely and will provide updates as they become available.

  • Please be aware that we still still have the potential to see periods of packet loss and high latency on some routes. The network team has not yet declared the all clear and is still working to resolve the issue.  Our DDoS mitigation provider is actively engaged as are all transit providers involved.

  • Traffic has returned to normal levels and all monitoring alerts have been cleared since 9:12a EDT. We have not yet received the all clear from network, but we will provide an update as soon we do. We continue to monitor this closely.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to fully resolve this issue.

    Network Network Connectivity

We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue that is causing degraded service for some customers. We will update as soon as possible.

  • Mitigation has informed us that the incident should be resolved. If you require a PIR please reach out and we will provide one as soon as it is available.

  • We are setting the operational status to "Performance Issues" as we have seen several additional waves, the largest of which have led to connectivity degradation on some routes. Once we receive the all clear from mitigation we will provide an update.

  • The mitigation team has indicated that the performance degradation is due to a recurrence and they are actively working to resolve. Traffic and connectivity quality monitoring are again returning to normal levels. We will continue to monitor this closely.

  • We are currently seeing packet loss and high latency recurring on some routes. We will update as soon as we have more information.

  • Traffic has returned to normal levels and all monitoring alerts have now cleared. We will continue to monitor this closely.

  • Network has informed us that a large scale DDoS attack is being mitigated, and full throughput will be restored soon. We will update as soon as possible.
